Flowers on the Tree Trunk

This is a beautiful flower that can be seen not only on the branches but also on the trunk of the tree. It has colors of orange and yellow and it comes in a bunch. It was my first time to see this kind of flower. Do you know what this flower is? I found it in a park in High Street, Bonifacio Global City here in the Philippines.

That's a unique plant coming out of trunk of a tree. I love it's color. I wonder what's it's name. It's full of blooming flowers
