I will set a timer and lay back down. I have been awake since 3:30 this a.m. with a headache.
The dishes are done, I am dressed. I have a lunch ready. I made breakfast for hubby and for myself, and fed the cat.
It is gonna be a good day. I am planning on it.
Later I will be back.

As long as you get enough sleep you can get up any time that suits you.

Five and a half hours is a little short for me, but I seem to have done okay today.

@GardenGerty As long as you do not get the effect of less sleep all is well I assume.

Thanks so much. I worked, of course, and most people in my line of work are women.

Hope the headache is gone, seems the ones I wake up with are the worst.

Often they are. They seem to be from sinus and lack of caffeine and then because they wake you up they seem to be from lack of sleep. You just cannot win.

If you can get some rest that certainly will help. Feel better.

I was awake around that time, but went back to sleep. Did your headache go away?

I used a heat pack and a fair dose of coffee. I did not make it to nap. Always stuff on my mind to get done. Often if I am awake then I do go back to sleep.

Actually for that type of headache I took generic excedrin because of the caffeine. I did not have time for a nap after all but that is okay, I did okay today.

I think I got my second wind. Due to a student being absent we had a pretty good day at work. Maybe I will go to bed early.

I had a job where I had to be present at 6 a.m. but did not wake the clients until eight. I would set the kitchen time and turn the weather channel on. I did not sleep soundly but I could shut my eyes and enjoy the quiet in the semi darkness for a little while before starting breakfast and meds.
