It is that time again. Time for work. Time for some of us in the US, and perhaps around the world to set our clocks forward. They are robbing us of an hour. I wish they would just quit messing with our clocks. It had finally got to the point it was daylight when I left home, so now the clocks will go forward next Saturday night/Sunday morning. Do you change to daylight saving's time? How do you like it.

We do and I don't mind it too much. I like the days being lighter for longer but it does take a while to adjust to that one hour difference in the morning.

Yes, I will enjoy the later sunlight in the evening, I just also enjoy seeing the sun coming up in the morning. I feel that they should set the clock either up or down and leave it alone.

Since I'm a 'summer' person daylight savings time is wonderful...an hour of time one night is not much to give up in the grand sense of things.

I would be happy if they would put it there and leave it.

The one that seems to bother me the most, even though I hate loosing an hr, is when we fall back and then it gets dark so early. Wishing many times, I was lucky enough to live in Arizona where all yr round the time stays the same.

I would like that. The thing that bothers me most is that I usually work with kids, elderly or the mentally handicapped. They all seem really bothered by it.

Back in the day, the Philippines practiced daylight savings time. It didn't pan out too well. People were still arriving late for their schedule!

I think it is better to work with your natural rhythms.

Either direction, just let us do well in the routine and leave it alone.

If I didn't have someplace to be, I would certainly ignore it. As it is, time is not my own.

WHile I don't like losing that hour and I wished they did it Fri to Sat instead as then you get less sleep before church. I've been doing it since I was in grade school, so I don't mind anymore. I've been thinking about you lately and with all my meanderings around recently since being home from the hospital I've not seen you about. I'm glad I looked just now. Actually I followed your link on an old post paige did and just replied to me. Since I've not been working for the past eleven days, I didn't realize it was again time to change the clocks. I don't know whether my husband would remember before hand or not.
