My friend is coming down here today and we are going to fill up my gas grill propane tank, and cooking some steaks. It seems really ironic that it is going to start freezing for the next several days..from summer and back to winter..forget about Spring. Do you use a gas grill or charcoal some people think charcoal is the only way to go..last night Speechless was all about the gas grill vs. charcoal barbecuing rivalry.

Grilled steaks sounds wonderful. I use charcoal myself

@fishtiger58 They were good. I am not really a big steak person..but once in a while, they are delish..especially with steak sauce.

I have a gas grill and was thinking of filling the propane tank since it's been nice the last few days. Now we're due for snow so I guess I'll wait for that refill can continue cooking inside for awhile longer

I know! I thought I would make hay, or steaks...as the case may be..while we have nice weather..

We use a gas grill, just because it's easier and healthier. I still love the taste of charcoaled foods better, but I'm used to the gas grill.

Yes, they say use of a charcoal grill can cause cancer..but it smells so good! I would just use the charcoal on ocassion if I got one of those grills like I was discussing.

I prefer charcoal - though it can be messy.

I haven't actually used charcoal for years, but I have been to recent barbecues where that was the cooking method.
