Having Back Issues

My time on the computer lately has been very limited. I've been having some serious back issues for the past three days.
I haven't been on long this morning either. Just enough time to get my Bible study done and work a couple puzzles and make a few comments. Now it's time I get off before I start crying from the pain. My recliner and I have been become very friendly the past few days. I love the massage heating pad my son and his girlfriend got me for Christmas.
I'm sorry I haven't been here much. I will do my best to come back again today, and hope I can stay on longer. Even my book is suffering because of this back pain.
I hope your day is going well. Thanks for reading.

When I see the chiropractor next week I will talk to him about my back. He wasn't treating me for this issue, but I'm sure we can combine the problems. I think it was working on the puzzle that brought on all the pain.
I'm glad your husband is feeling better.

I have a back pain too. I feel it when I stay long in the computer and sometimes when it is cold. I discovered something that works for me when my back aches. Whenever I go to sleep, there will be two pillows on my both sides. I will sleep with my arms on both pillows.

@just4him I know some people take a medicine for their back when it is in pain.

@Juliaacv This morning my back is so much better. Even getting out of bed was much easier than it normally is. Yesterday was very good for my back getting the rest it needed and that massage heating pad. What a blessing to have it.

I can sympathize with your back pain and I hope that heating pad helps. Sitting at the computer does make it worse

This time I think it was the puzzle as I've sat at this computer in this chair for years without this much pain. However, for now the recliner and massage pad has done it's job and I can interact for a short while.

Today hasn't been a good day either for me. This morning we had huge thunderstorm. The power stayed on thank goodness. Then I thought the light bulb needed to be changed in here, but it didn't. And I have a mountain of clothes to wash.

I hope you feel better soon. Perhaps time for a chiropractic appointment? Or some Tylenol?

What is causing this back pain? When my back hurts I lay down with my iPod and do mylot from there :-)

I know how debilitating back pain can be. I'm trying out my bed again for the first time since ten days hoping not to have the hip pain that took me to the recliner and then couch. I've moved everything over or back to the bedroom.
Do you know what caused yours this time?

That does sound bad. I do hope your back recovers shortly.
