How Comfortable are with Your Body?

How do you feel about yourself? Are you happy with the way you look? Do you feel like you weight too much or are too thin? How comfortable are you with your body? My ankles and legs are too big. That makes me feel uncomfortable. What about you? Any problems with your back, your waistline, or other parts of your body. Feel fit to respond.

I'm very comfortable with my body. I could stand to lose 5 or 10 pounds but then again most people could. I have high self-esteem and I scored very low of the self-monitoring survey(which means I don't care how I look any way and if others don't like then oh well.) I know who I am and I love who I am as a person.

well im fery comfortable with my body im 6.1 ft and im 92kg just a bit fluffy at my love handles .if i need to go some place and i get to feel abit uncomfortable i just tell my self to just live like you want to don't care what others think of you they don't know you and what you have been true . asloung as i can put a smile on somebodys face or let them think that they are living better than me im ok ill just do what i do and let them think what they want to think about me
