Do you try to fight drowsiness when you find yourself dosing off?

I'm a night person who usually goes to bed about 5-6 a.m. I'm sleepy now. As a matter of fact, almost drowsing off. I'm trying to fight it because if I go to sleep this early, I'll wake up again at 2 or 3 a.m. and not be to sleep for the rest of the night. This happened last night, too. Do you fight your desire to sleep often?

I'm sleepy now and no way am I going to bed. Would be up again in a few hours and then sleep most of the day, as my body would be completely confused.

That's what happens to me, too. It's very annoying, especially since I'm trying to get on a daytime schedule.

I don't try to fight my sleep, there have been times I have felt tired in the day time, but move around, to wake up. But if I am home, I am going to try and get rest if needed.
