Today is a snow day probably our one and only since it's the end of winter normally we don't get snow at this time of the year and it's he first in 25 years that it snowed in PI day! We woke up to snow and we stayed up last night and let the kids watch a movie before going to bed around 9. It took them a while to fall asleep so it was closer to 10 or 11 when they finally fell a sleep. Me and my husband watched a movies after the kids went to bed. We slept in the morning, I made a French toast casserole this morning. The kids helped clear the walkway. More like they played and daddy cleaned the sidewalk. I took some pictures of the kids. We plan on the rest of the day watching movies and hanging out.

We're getting snow here as well. We still brought our kids to daycare, as there's still not a whole lot of snow. But I'm not sure what's going to happen tomorrow. We'll see. I hope you enjoy your snow day.

@ShyBear88 Good idea to keep them home if there's a lot of ice.

Thanks we didn't have a lot yet and we didn't get to much more. A lot of ice today so the kids stayed home.

I loved snow days as a kid. Shovelling, playing in it then hot chocolate while watching movies under blankets

@ShyBear88 There is no snow where I live. I've always wanted to see and touch snow. I would be like a kid in a candy store when I see it for the first time. I have to ask, how do you make French toast casserole?

It is a lot like a kid in a candy store! The French toast casserole was easy I cut up two rolls or phillisbare cinnamon rolls into fourths. Places them in a dish, mixed in a blows 4 eggs, 1tbs, 1/4cup of milk. Pounced that over the cinnamon rolls cut up. Baked in oven at 375 for 30 minutes.
