I think every job should have a break time. Of course mother shall also have their own spare time. It is very tiring to be a mother and it can be very frustrating, too. If she can't have her own time, sometimes it will lead to serious results, such as the depression.

I would have gone stark raving mad if I had not had a little "me" time once in awhile. I was a stay at home mother and before the boys were school age we would have been together ALL the time if I hadn't found a lady I trusted to watch them for a couple of hours once a week.
Everyone needs and deserves some time for themselves, especially mothers.

@dragon54u though its great thing to raise the kids but me time is a must to feel good and boost your powers, its actually 24/7 work when you are mom

yes. a mother should have me time. but i think at some point we all deserve me time.

your right we all do, but i mentioned mothers more because some people think its not wroth it, since you at home you are relaxed, but that not true if you will make home clean and bake and take care of the kids and lots of duties that is hard enough to take break
