Everyone set a new goal and decide to do go further but we should show our planning and goals any such person who has achieved it in earlier. Are you agree to get suggestions from such person?

Planning simply won't help, suggestions too. But one has the mind to do work hard and enough determination to achieve the goals. I just hate to listen the goals of people when they are not ready to work for it.
