Chuck Berry, who with his indelible guitar licks, brash self-confidence and memorable songs about cars, girls and wild dance parties did as much as anyone to define rock ’n’ roll’s potential and attitude in its early years, died on Saturday. He was 90.
I did not realized that he was this old.
I remember him well.

Yes he lived long and made a lot of music RIP Chuck..was lucky enough to have seen him play live.

My mom didn't think he was old, but to me 90 is old, because he is older than me. I hadn't heard a thing about him in years, so I didn't know he was still alive. I only remember when I was a child hearing his son My Ding a Ling, I thought it was the funniest thing I ever heard.

oh how sad. I remember being amazed with him when I was only a youngster and I'd see him on TV. He's the true epitome of rock 'n roll!

Even though Chuck Berry was before my time, I admired his music. He went the distance and made our lives better for it. Rest in peace Chuck. Thanks for the memories.
