Raw vegetables like carrots, celery, tomatoes and also sugar free jello

Eat real good! Celery is great. Maybe have salad that you can tolerate before a meal each day. Some eat an apple before a meal each day, claiming it helps them eat less.
That might not be enough calories, by the way!

The doctor wants me to loose weight. Since, I am not very mobile. He wants to cut calories to try to do it. I do good for awhile but slip every so often.

Same suggestion as @Marilynda1225, I ate carrots and celery sticks when I was on a diet. There are also zero calories yogurt if you like it.

Fresh fruits and vegetables ...popcorn without butter...drink lots of water and watch your salt intake.

I do drink plenty of water. I drink more water than anything else. I didn't think about popcorn. That is a good idea.

I would look on the organic aisle, and try and find some snacks. I know I was looking for sugar free juice, could find nothing without sugar.
