Need computer help!!!

My son hasn't been able to play Minecraft for months now, not since this error message started popping up every time we signed into the computer. This says "realplayer" but the screenshot is recent and although I am pretty sure the code is the same,I didn't have problems with realplayer, until just last week. Another problem, which I wonder if it is connected, is the family settings no longer work, my son can get on the computer anytime he wants. This is the third time since I had Windows 10 that the family settings stopped working. So, instead of creating a third post on Microsoft (which by the way it was obviously Microsoft since none of their suggestions helped and the next update corrected it) I did a live chat. I ended up doing one of those things where I allow the tech person to control my computer and after I did a restart to see if he fixed the family settings, he said I should delete my son's account and start a new one, because his might be corrupted. I didn't do this because my son will have to save his desktop work first. In the meantime, I noticed I could no longer download videos using realplayer and I noticed that for some reason that code would pop up when I opened Realplayer and it wouldn't go away until I closed Realplayer. So I removed Realplayer from my computer and then I searched this code where they suggest I do a sfc scan (I will share the screenshot of the results in the first comment) and yes, there are files it couldn't repair. On the site where they suggested this scan, it said something about removing these files and then adding news ones. Problem!!! I don't know what the results mean or what to remove and I am hoping someone here can help me.

This error relates to a corrupted video driver, so it may help to uninstall the video drivers and install the latest ones, which can be downloaded from the manufacturer's website. I do not like the idea of allowing someone access to your computer, which is never a wise thing to do.

Yes I know, I remember the first time I allowed someone access to my computer, it was creepy. But this was a Microsoft company, I am hoping it wasn't a big mistake doing that. Next time I talk to my son, I will ask him about the video drivers.

@Carmelanirel2 Turning back the system should revert the old settings, but may not always work.

By the way, I really hope your idea is the answer, I would hate to reset the whole computer. But I will let you know when I find out.

If sfc /scannow could not repair, it is possible under Windows 10 to reset the computer to factory settings without deleting your personal files, but all the software and drivers that did not came with the computer will be deleted and will have to be installed again. I give you a link explaining how to do it.
Learn how to use the Reset this PC feature to restore Windows 10 PC to factory settings without losing files. Consider this option if your PC is giving you problems.

@Carmelanirel2 Did they done a CHKDSK C: to identify corrupted files ? As the file in store is also corrupted, it does not sound good, and the hard disk might have suffered. The reset would be your best chance, but if many files are damaged it might be worst at the end, and I do not want to be blamed for that. The best would be to have it checked again by a specialist able to evaluate the amount of damages. You will perhaps need to format it and install again Windows 10 in the worst scenario possible. For the moment, the best you can do is to save all your personal files on an external disk/dongle/DVD/whatever you want except this HDD.
