I cooked eggplant for my dinner

I like eat vegetable eggplant . It taste soft and good smell. I use to cook it with garlics .I think this food is one of my favorite foods. The eggplant is good for body health . I heard it can make Vascular wall strong .Do you like eat eggplant? How do you like to cook it ?

If you don't afraid cooking oil you can fry or roast it . It taste so good . I like steam or stew it .they are less oil .

we have eggplants planted in the backyard and the fruits can be harvested soon. I like it cooked with egg which we call poqui-poqui, I also love it just being fry, or just being grilled and dip to fish sauce with onions.
