Joint Pain

UGH Okay. So i have joint issues. Mostly when it's raining or snowing. My knees and elbows and wrists always hurt so bad. I stretch and take pain killers but most of the time, it doesn't help much. I try to move the joints and what not. It just doesn't help. It is storming here in Indiana and I am just in a lot of pain. I couldn't sleep so I haven't been to sleep yet!

Sorry to hear that. It is hard to get comfortable when you are in pain. I get achy and sore in damp weather but nothing too bad yet where I have to take pain killers. I hope you get some relief soon.
