What to do for dry itchy skin.

Mix oatmeal and coconut milk half and half. Than put it in your bathtub water. The oatmeal soothes the skin and the coconut milk has vitamin E and lauric acids that gives moisture to your skin. If you have eczema this mixture will help flare ups from happening. The picture is mne.

I have eczema so that is a useful tip. I prefer to use natural products. Lovely photo.

That is a good point depending on how wide the slats the water drains down through it could get stuck there then you would have to pick it out.

I have always heard Oatmeal but never mixing it with coconut milk and adding that to your water. Interesting concept but hard to try when it is about impossible now to get in and out of a tub.

There is only one thing that works for me and it is by prescription Judy. I get dry itch on my belly of all places.

I don't take baths nor does my daughter. Both my kids get eczema. Right now they both get it in the crook of their elbow and it is where my sister always had a patch of it as well. The doctor gave my daughter an ointment we use that helps a lot.
