Back from the gym!

Wow! It was a really tough one tonight! There were 3 sets that you worked on back and forth 5 times until you completed each set, then you moved on to the next one. It doesn't look like much, but trust me, it was TOUGH! This is what we did:
1. a) See saw kettlebell presses (5 x 7L/7R)
b) Battle Ropes lateral raises (5 x 30 seconds)
2. a) Single leg deadlifts w/kettlebells (5 x 7L/7R)
b) C2 Rowing machine (5 x 30 seconds)
3. a) Box step ups w/ kettlebells (5 x 8L/8R)
b) Stationary bike (5 x 30 seconds)
Like I said, it doesn't look like much but I was totally exhausted by the time I finished the workout. The finisher was to do 10 kettlebell swings, then 10 pushups, then 9 swings, 9 pushups, 8 swings, 8 pushups, etc. all the way down to 1. Needless to say, I will sleep well tonight.
