I Want to See Beauty and the Beast

I really want to go to see Beauty and the Beast but I am afraid that since it has only been out for a few days the theater will be crowded. I don't mind going to the theater when I have plenty of space between me and the rest of the people but I am very sensitive to scents and if someone has perfume on I will likely get a migraine which will pretty much ruin my chances of having an enjoyable experience.
For all you Downton Abbey fans, Dan Stevens (Matthew Crawley) is the Beast which is enough incentive for me.
So I guess I am going to have to wait until I get home to see the show. Do you usually wait to see popular shows or do you brave the crowds?

I rarely go to movies, but my son usually drags me along when it opens if it is something he really wants to see. I don't mind going as he always pays for the reclining seats lol

@BelleStarr Yes people are a nuisance while watching a film.We should have the place to ourselves.

I like to see them when new but not in a full theater. I'm going next Sunday.

Is it a movie or a theater show ? I do not like to queue for a movie and I wait a few weeks. I book theater seats before the play : it is a bit less expensive, and I have not to queue.
My all time preferred movie adaptation of Beauty and the Beast is the old BW one by Jean Cocteau with Jean Marais.

I've heard good things about Beauty and the Beast. I don't go see movies anymore and I just wait for them to come out on DVD or on Demand on my cable channel. I know nothing beats seeming a movie in the theater so hope you get to see it soon.

I hate all the smells men and women wear, they are meant to be light so that your " other" can smell you, not leave a trail a mile long behind to offend everyone`s sense of smell.
I do crowds, its okay with me in most places.

@BelleStarr They have outdoor shows that they will put up in a park-its nice it has a real family and community sense about it. We've not been to any outdoor shows, but would love to go to one and this movie would be a wonderful experience to see like that.

I think I will wait a couple of weeks and actually, the new Shirley Maclaine movie is coming out Friday so I may want to see that first and The Baby Boss which looks hysterical.
