One Of Those Early Mornings Thoughts Came To Me

I was laying in bed thinking. Ouch! About this spring and getting out and riding on my mountain bike. I love to ride it on the greenbelt. Not many streets to cross and you can really get a good ride. I can ride from the north end, where I live, to the southend clear on the other side of town. But, I may not be able to balance myself on the bike. When I get up off the floor or move too much I have a bout of vertigo. For some reason when it is warmer I get the vertigo. A couple of summers ago I had it really bad but the doctor told me of a series of positions I could do that would relieve it. I guess I will have to wait and see.

You could try baby steps on the bike just don't go very far and see if you make it out ok without any vertigo. I am planning to ride a bike and exercise more this spring/summer as i put on too much weight this winter i need it gone now.

It was so scary this past summer. Had it so bad I felt like I was on a carnival ride.

@Happy2BeMe .....I knew it was vertigo but didn't know there were the positions I could do that helped it.

@celticeagle That is exactly what it felt like and it just seemed to hit out of nowhere. I had no idea what was going on until I went to see the doctor. It was awful.

Its your ears. You have fluid on one or both of your ears. Use nose spray to unblock the drainage tube. This is caused by allergies. I suffer with the same problem.

Just be careful if you go for a ride. You don't want to get dizzy, fall and hurt yourself
