so i was sitting here making a cigarette..and i happened to look at my hands, and how wrinkled they'd gotten.more so for my age..i think it may have to do with some of the jobs i've had in my life,a lot of them which required getting them in water a big portion of the day. now,i'm not so vain i'm going to run out in a panic for anti-wrinkle cream or anything, i've already chose to age somewhat gracefully..but i do think i need to use a decent moisterizer(sp?). could be winter also tho when i think about it. they're working hands, that's for sure.

use coconut oil . or some cream that has some in it. my hands are mostly dry and tend to peel during the winter.

Mine can get very lined but some hand cream does help.

Smoking causes wrinkles lotions and cream is good support but slowing it down I guess should come from diet and food, take foods or supplements rich in vitamin E and other antioxidants, get enough rest and make sure you are well hydrated. Just a friendly advice, others might have things to add
