Does anyone remember that song about
the red red robin? I seem to have got that
stuck in my mind and cannot get it out of
my head. Im sure its an oldie but goodie
song.
I would like to clear my mind so I can
write not hear that song again.Help help

Have heard of that Son and a lot.
Sometimes I sing it but not too often.
Its very catchy and its because you like it also.
Try listening to a bit of just music with no words in it.

Just don´t get too attached to the tune though. I practice silence thing every day and its starting to work gets rid of the monkey mind stuff right quick.
