Seattle Is A Great Place To Live and Visit

I have had the privledge to live here now for 21+ yrs. I moved over here from Eastern WA back when my Mom was still alive and living in this area. I had just had a miscarriage and broken up with my Fiance at the time, and my Mom knew I wanted to move up here so I did and lived with her for a couple of months til I found my own place. Seattle has so much to offer. Personally some of you might think all it does is rain here, and many times it does rain a lot, but very seldom do we ever have to put up with extreme heat or snow either. We have the Famous Space Needle from the 1962 Worlds Fair, Pike Place Market where you can watch them throw fish, and the Great Wheel. Then their is Sports and other things if none of these are your fancy. Many people come here all the time to visit, explore and just see some of the differences we here enjoy. For the most part I really enjoy living here, and my husband and I from time to time will get on a City bus and go downtown and explore. I always learn new stuff I never knew before it seems. Have you had the pleasure to visit Seattle, and what did you like about it?

Frankly, I don't know much about Seattle. But I watched a famous movie called Sleepless in Seattle By the way, does Bill Gates also live in this city?

Bill Gates actually lives in a huge house in Medina, WA. That is about an hr or less from Seattle. You can see the house from the highway.

I am sure you would enjoy it. Quite different from there in the Phillipines especially since we are a lot colder and rainier here.

Seattle is a great place to visit. It is getting quite expensive so if you are smart you will find a place to stay closer to the airport.

It sounds a lovely city and nice that it doesn't get too hot or have too much snow.

Seattle has a lot to offer. People are always afraid to come here saying it rains too much. Yes there are times we get a lot of rain but we do have the nicer days and times as well. We do not get the Snow usually or extreme heat either which to me, is a Plus.

Life in a big city is always exciting. I hope to visit Seattle one day, and take a cruise from there.

Our neighbour (here in Germany) is from Seattle. Unfortunately, he's a silly man. :-) The photo is impressive.
