Internet outage in my area.

I am doing mylot on my iPad and using my iPhone as a personal hotspot and using cell phone data from att.I only get 1 gb of internet data a month with att but with cox I get 1024gb monthly.I know about the outage because I called cox and the automated voice mentioned outage.I probably won't use that much cell phone data because I am not streaming videos or watching videos.
