I love chicken soup. Precisely Chicken Arroz Caldo.
Arroz Caldo was our lunch yesterday and it was so delicious. It has been a long time since I have made this chicken soup. I think already more than a year. This time though, I cooked this with Malungay or Moringa leaves. Moringa is one of the super food.
Have you tried cooking chicken soup with Moringa leaves? How did you make it?

I know @LadyDuck that is why I keep on eating Moringa leaves while I am here. Maybe I could bring some Moringa powder when going back home to Germany. I could put them in my smoothies. Squash, leeks and creme soups are some of my favorite soups.

Really? I wrote about it in hubpages. Moringa is also called Miracle tree. The leaves and seeds are good for cooking. The seeds or leaves powder are also use in water purifying. These Moringa leaves are planted in Ethiopia to help the malnutrition problems of the children there. There are lots of you tube videos about this tree. You will be surprise how healthy Moringa is @JudyEv Please check this out.

Mostly I like non-veg soups, if it has some chickens or so. But last day I had a soup namely "Chicken Tortilla Soup", and it was awesome.

@thelme55 I don't know if this is an available dish in Germany, but you can try it once. Or you may try out the recipe, which you can find from this below given link.

when my mother or niece make arroz caldo or lugaw with chicken, they tend to be thick because of the rice. personally i prefer it to be more soupy.

Yes, they are usually sticky because of the rice but I put a lot of water in it that it is soupy for my taste @hereandthere.

I have no idea what a Moringa leaf is so I am sure I haven't used it. I did have corn and crab chowder for dinner last night and it was delicious.

Moringa leaves come from a tropical Moringa tree. This tree is also called Miracle tree as it has a lot of vitamins and minerals. Corn and crab chowder is delicious. The last time I have eaten that soup was when we were still living in Ireland @BelleStarr
