Will take a tub bath today

No matter how much I hurt I will get into the tub. Unless I want to wash my hair I get a sponge bath by sitting on the commode. I can't get in myself, my aide has to help get my legs into the tub and I position myself.
My aide is so good. She takes the time to dry my hair and she vacuums my room twice weekly.
I sit on the bench when I bathe. It feels good when she washes my hair,

My aide is so careful. The shower hose is hard to adjust so she keeps a finger in the stream of water so I won't get hot or cold. It won't stay adjusted.

Yes it is. I don't do it often due to pain, but today I didn't feel like it and did it anyway, and I felt so good.

She ithe best I've ever had. She helps me to get into the tub and completely washes me. I assist her as I can. She empties trash, vacuums the floor and is so helpful.
