Selling memories....

My husband and I got married in January of 1998. We got our first lab, Abby, Easter of that year. We bought a crate and all the necessities and all was well. We used the crate probably for a little over a year. It was then put away. We had to get it back out 6 years ago when we got Ruby. She was such a good dog that she only used the crate until 10 months of age. She was given free run of the house and never, not one time, chewed anything of ours. That crate has been in the workshop in storage here for 4 years. Late this morning I told my husband to get it down so I could measure it, take photos and list it on the Facebook yard sale pages. I put the ads on at 11:38 am and got my first hit at 11:50 - the girl wanted it and we set up a meeting at the local gas station for 1 pm. She is getting a lab puppy next week and was going to to crate shopping. Her mom saw my ad and told her about it. She is happy with a reasonably priced crate and we are happy with our money! It served our two labs well and we had no further use for it. Photo is mine.
