Tonight me and my husband decided to make stuffed peppers, pea salad and cheese potatoes. It has been a long time sense I have had stuffed peppers and they came out amazing.. now I'm so full it hurts but it was worth it.. what did you have for dinner?

We had flounder, scallops, and shrimp for supper, it was delicious but I didn't cook it, we are on the road.

That does sound good tho.. I'm not a fan a shrimp but I like other seafood.

@hillhjill i'm asian so we eat rice regularly. i put the rice at the bottom, then the viand (ex. pork, chicken, veggie or fish) that goes with it on the left or right. i can put the bones on the other section. or the dip or sauce.

Yes it was very good.. we used turkey burger, cream cheese, shredded cheese for the top and home made salsa.

@hillhjill It was good. I dont love asparagus but wrapped some prosciutto so it was tasty. Have a great weekend!! :)

@100gods most of the time we eat dinner late.. but we were making dinner for my husband's mom and she likes to eat early.

We do our breakfast at 9am
Lunch at 1pm
And dinner at 8 pm
