I am sure that some countries that they do drink alcohol while having their meals. It is also a perfect combination of drinking wines and eats meals in a restaurant. If I am going to change my diet, I think a red wine would be nice to drink with every meal. It was said that red wine is good for our heart. Of course, we don’t need to consume a lot of it. It is not also good for our liver. Image Credit: pixabay.com

It is the same as with anything, drink in moderation.

I agree. It is better to drink in moderation. We don't want the liver to be compromised with too much consumption.

Many scientific studies already proved the effectiveness of it, but I don't think they should be part of our regular diet.

My friend drinks one shot a night. I do believe it is not good to be a part of our diet.

I think exercise and well-balanced diet is good to keep fit. I am trimming down since I had gained weight lately.

need not drink a lit, but a single peg wouldn't be bad. If consumed in a maintained amount then it is good.
