Do you think wine should be part of your diet?

I am sure that some countries that they do drink alcohol while having their meals. It is also a perfect combination of drinking wines and eats meals in a restaurant. If I am going to change my diet, I think a red wine would be nice to drink with every meal. It was said that red wine is good for our heart. Of course, we don’t need to consume a lot of it. It is not also good for our liver.

Many scientific studies already proved the effectiveness of it, but I don't think they should be part of our regular diet.

I never got to taste whine. But I still believed exercise, vegetables and light meal with discipline is key to loosing weight. I was able to accomplish that last year.

need not drink a lit, but a single peg wouldn't be bad. If consumed in a maintained amount then it is good.
