For a long time I have wanted to eat a homemade pasta soup we make here.
We use bones cooked so as to bring all the flavour. A doctor told me to use them for calcium for my knees so Ill be using them a lot.
Then I add carrot, onion and parsil and as it boils I add little by little a pasta I have made before with flour, water and salt and thinned with a bottle.
The last ingredient is a beated egg.
YUMMY!!! And healthy and delicious.

Sounds delicious friend, you make your own pasta? Wow, I would probably just get some elbow macaroni and toss it inyou are very patient.
Filipinos make a similar pasta soup that we call " sopas" funny because sopas in Spanish simply means soup.our version has cream or milk but ingredients are almost identical to yours.
