Feeling exhausted

My sinuses have been bothering me all day. I took a pill for it so now I am falling asleep. It helped with the pressure though. I had a quiet evening. I watched a few episodes of This Is Us and I also watched the hockey team. My team won so that made me happy.
I am hoping to get a good night's sleep so I can go for another walk tomorrow. It feels good to get outside walking again after a cold, snowy winter. Just another few months and then all my weekends will be spent camping. I can't wait.
Time to sign out and shut off the lights. See you all tomorrow.

@Happy2BeMe and @andriaperry Lemon grass oil in a carrier oil on your skin or put dabs of it straight on your shirt collar, socks, hat brim, a bandana or whatever.

@Nawsheen We go many different places. Sometimes we go to campgrounds and other times we just camp on the beach or on the river's edge somewhere.

There is a good treatment in Homeo for Sinus problem. Better you try that if there is anybody with Homeo practice.
