A nice diet breakfast.

The day is sunny and I decided to have a light breakfast (ham and avocado paste, no bread) with an Earl Grey tea. Nothing else.
Now I will go to bed with the tea cup and watch TV while resting my arm. The wound is starting to itch and there´s nothing I can do.
How is your Sunday?

That is a nice little breakfast. I am laying in bed enjoying my morning coffee. Not sure what I am going to do today yet.

That sounds like a delicious breakfast. I have a lot of aches and pains this morning. I will see what I can do about it. Itching in a wound usually means it is healing, but it certainly is annoying.

I am going to have to be mostly resting. The wound is in my chest but if I move my arm it hurts

I´ll continue with the aerial I started yesterday. If I don´t move my arm, the wound in the chest does not bother me much.

Sunday was fine. Took a breather in the afternoon but couldn't sleep so decided to read some books with the tv on. Spent some time here in myLot and decided to call it a night at around 9pm.

@marguicha I guess the itching is lessening then because I know that if I get bitten by a mosquito the itching wakes me up....
