I love a Good Bargain

I don't care how much money you have, I doubt there is anyone here who doesn't like getting a good bargain. This weekend Kohls was having a big sale and I've been wanting new curtains for my living room. My living area is decorated in earth tones so I have a lot of browns, beige etc. After reading posts by @jstory07 about colors I realized I needed some color to make my living room pop. I found some very nice curtains at Kohls in a pretty shade of blue which I figure will add some color and life to my decor. Now here's the good part.....I not only got the curtains on sale but I had a coupon for an additional 30% off and a $25 gift card that I never used. With all of these savings my curtains weren't exactly free but I did save quite a bit of money and now I can't wait to put them up. First, though, I have to have one of my grandkids come and help since I can't climb up on the stepladder anymore (I'm so afraid of falling) and take down the old ones. Then I want to wash the windows before putting the new ones up. Spring has sprung and I"m ready to tackle the spring cleaning urge. Even though it's a rainy day here today I'm a happy camper
