I truly love you, my myLot friends!
You have been with me through thick and thin. I've gotten to know bits of your life, your family, your pets, your jobs, your illnesses, your likes and dislikes, your joys, and your sorrows.
You've made me laugh and cry. I've prayed for many of you and sent good thoughts your way.
You have also left me with a billion notifications, for which I am very appreciative and grateful.
I hope you read this, just so you know that I will respond to you all asap! My life is going to get crazier than ever. We are having guests twice, three dinner engagements, and long lists of things to do to close our home for the next 8 months before we fly home April 5th. It's coming at us full speed!
I have some time right now to visit you, but please bear with me! I do love you, my friends!

Love you to my friend. I am glad that I met you on here and I value our friendship. I enjoy reading your posts and all that has been going on during your time in Florida. We all know how busy or are so check in when you can and enjoy the time you have left there.

lol I did a similar post today, this transition time between homes is always a little hectic. Enjoy your last days of warm, we have snow here at our cottage in PA.

@DianneN tomorrow morning, I am hoping to be back in exercise class on Wednesday morning and adjusting to life without my sweet Honey. I almost dread going home knowing she isn't there.

@DianneN I know. Went through it to move 5 years ago. Thought I went through everything then and got it all organized. But gosh, I look at the closets and store room and I would hate to do it all again!
We are going to our condo in the mountains for 3 weeks only. We are careful not to pack too much so as not to have to drag home too much and put it all away. Also, our condo is a holiday only condo, it doesn't have room for lots of clothes, etc. If I took too much it would be cluttered and untidy. Just need ski stuff and a few other outfits. Though I would like to take my bike for the days I don't ski.
I am sure your kitty (oh I just got reminded his name below) Doodles will be glad to see you.

@paigea How nice to have a holiday condo! As small as ours is, it's still pretty roomy. Our bedroom has two large walk in closets. The guest bedroom does, too. We have a large coat closet, pantry, broom and linen closet. I just don't want to stuff everything with junk. We are keeping it very simple down here. It's such a pleasure. I could live here full time and be very happy.
Have fun skiing! Is there anyway you can take your bike or buy one to keep at your condo?
Yes, fat Doodles will be happy to return to our house. I'm going to kiss and hug him until we have to leave again. I love that cat!

@Jeanniemaries There are so many things that need doing. Look online and make lists. I will help if you need me. Don't forget about insurance on cars you may leave or cable if you have it. We put ours on vacation mode. Leave drawers and closet doors open and the a/c on, too. Put bleach in your toilets and cover with Saran Wrap.

@DianneN Oh, not to worry, I'll be leaving at the end of April, but want to get my ducks lined up. I've closed up my home for a month to six weeks but not longer and I have heard there are special things to do. I can look online and see if I can get a list.

Lol! Those notifications keep coming, even when we're asleep. I will finish them sometime in October at the rate I'm going. All set here. We leave tomorrow. I have a few more minutes of looking at the water before hubby closes the final storm shutter. So sad.
