I never thought the day would come I would be drinking tea without sugar. I was addicted to Sugar so bad that I had to have sugar in everything. I don't know what's the purpose of having tea without any sugar cuz it's really no flavor. But now I want to try other flavors to see what I can get out of it.

But why would you have it without sugar?

Yes I am drinking tea very rarely these days due to my illness, but when I do, I do not have sugar in it.

I don't know how can I handle tea with out eating any kind of sugar. But maybe I will lessened it's consumption. I don't want to have diabetes.

Actually the traditional tea is without sugar, no matter it is black or green tea. Later people add the milk and sugar inside and it is called milk tea. I like it anyway I also like sweet things

Tea certainly tastes different with milk in it.

With a few trials you will get to like tea without sugar. I like my tea with sugar though.

Sugar enhances the taste, for sure. Otherwise it's like drinking dirty water. I think the best sugarless teas are the fruit flavored ones, at least you can smell something good. Then brown sugar, stevia and honey are better alternatives to white sugar.

I'm going to try all of those except for stevia

I use honey in my tea at home, but sugar when I'm out somewhere else. I used to put two packets of sugar in my tea at a restaurant, but now one is enough.

I have tried it and it is healthier - but the taste is very bland.
