We all site a lot at our office for longer time period and once we do it continuously for a longer period of time, we tend to be prone to injuries and other health related issues. A person who sits for a longer period of time tend to get easily unhealthy and will invite a lot of unwanted health issues. So it is better to avoid sitting for a longer period of time either at your work or in any place. But since most of us have a tight work schedule at the office, we cannot always leave the seat and we are force to sit continuously. This will indeed ruin our health and we will develop health issues such as back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain and also other diseases such as diabetes, hypertension etc. Here I would like to share some simple tips that will help you to stay fit at your work place even if your job requires you to site for a longer period of time. 1) Move as much as possible at your work place. 2) Try to Stand up at least once in every hour. 3) Make sure to sit up straight to avoid developing back problems. 4) Relieve the strain on your eyes with various eye exercises 5) Try to walk up to your colleagues to assign any tasks These are some of the simple and basic steps that you can implement at your work space and make sure you stay fit.
