Date Nights are Important!

After weeks of hard work and taking care of the kids my wife and I managed to get a sitter for tonight and we are going on a Date night! Personally I think every married couple needs time for themselves in order to keep the relationship alive.
Tonight we are going to Outback steak house and then to the movies to watch the New power rangers movie. Im sure once we get home in the night we will be more relaxed and happy we took sometime for ourselves without having to chase or worry about the kids for a few hours lol

Won't the kids be jealous you saw the Power Rangers movies? They have Outback Steakhouse chain in the DR? Enjoy your quality time with the wife.

They are too young to even know what power rangers are lol those were my favorite heroes as a kid, and yeah they have outback, fridays,applebees,hooters,all fast foods inlcuding pink berry, we even have a iHOP here lol

Mike, I hope the sitter is reliable and doesn't cancel on you at the last minute or anything like that, because it sounds like your wife and you need a much needed break from screaming children.

I totally agree, date nights are important. When our kids were young, my husband and I made sure to have date nights.

Regular date nights is one great secret to happy marriages. My late husband and I took the time for date nights quite often, even if what we did was inexpensive and simple. It gave us time away from home and reminded us of the reasons we had fallen in love in the first place! And that's so important as the years roll by!
