Addiction...

Hey I think that Im addicted to phone because of facebook either or mylot, I cant stay away from phone even for half hour- suddenly I feel curious to know whats going on internet. But I want to change myself, this addiction is supposed to be bad its like my phone is controlling me. Can you give an idea how to stay away from phone....?

No idea how to help you as I'm hooked on the internet. I do lots of thing online. You can try doing something else nut don't know whether that'll work for you.
