I Don't Understand (A Poem)

I don't understand What you are thinking. I don't understand Why you are drinking. I don't understand The heavens above. I don't understand This thing called love. I don't understand Violence and death. I don't understand This most foul of breath. I don't understand The poverty of thought. I don't understand If I've been sold or bought. There are so many things That I don't understand. It seems that my life Is getting out of hand.
