pom pom rug

This rug is very awesome and looks like it would be something cool to make for a childs room or even your own room you can make in any color you want here is a picture of it since I can't get videos to work for me will share the picture. Let me know what you think of it.

I saw the video for it, and while I liked the idea, immediately I thought, but how do you wash that? Alot of work for something that I am not sure will survive a wash

It looks quite nice but I don't know that I really want it. It might trap a lot of dirt.
