I am a tad upset with me' as I ate some fat on the barbe cue ribs. Now my tummy is telling me it does not do f ats. I have been very careful to keep my consumption of fatty oily foods to almost zero so my normal cholesterol count stays normal in other e words no meds for cholesterol. So Im a bit uncomfortable e ven though] the barbecue ribs were food the fat is giving 'me indigestion ugh ugh.' O,ne original post and graphic by P Hatley copyrighted 2017

I haven't had BBQ ribs in forever. Come to think of it though, ribs do tend to have a lot of fat on them that you can't easily get off.
