He is very kind always ready to help me out.
He is always there for me when I am feeling disturbed or low as he pampers me.
He always take his time out for me whenever I ask him for some work
But after all he is my colleague how can he be a friend .
We should have some professional ethics . We can not make our cofellows our friend or will have some problem at work.
What do you say?

I work for a small company and I consider all of my coworkers my friends. I think you work together better that way. I wouldn't want it any other way. My coworkers are like family to me.

There's nothing wrong with being friends with a co-worker. I have done that and it's nice to have a friend at work.
