It was very popular when I was in Elementary. But I take Flintstone's vitamins and no brain enhancing vitamins just alot of nuts. Then according to a friend of mine its not effective while other claims that it does. And there were claims too that its just flour with sugar. I used encephabol a few years back, it was effective for me. Too bad its out of the market here but there are Countries that still have it. If you like natural, better eat nuts and gotu kola herb.

@tarah9 I took encephabol in the morning and after lunch. That's the doctor's prescribe it. I was having trouble studying after my morning classes. When I had classes early in the morning say at 7, when 11 strikes I'm already tired to study and couldn't concentrate anymore, but since I took it my brain can still processed and function. As I understand it, encephabol helps with the blood flowing inside our brains.
