Life is all about getting satisfaction, what If some is doing handwork still not being satisfied from his life then what is benefit of doing such type of handwork

Possibly you mean Hard work,not handwork. In our organisation,i have seen that guys who work hardest,get better rewards,promotion and satisfaction. Your turn may be round the corner.
