My Brother In-Law is Sick

My brother in - law stays in another town about 8 hours drive away from where we stay. We just received a call from hospital that he's sick. He has malaria, this is one of the major killer diseases here in Africa. Please pray and wish him well.

My prayers for your BIL. In the Philippines we had already reduced the risk of malaria, it use to be prevalent.

That must be a worry. I thought malaria could mostly be cured nowadays. Sending prayers and good wishes. I do hope he will recover.

@JudyEv@JudyEv Thank you for your prayers and wish actually today he is a bit better. Like you said maleria should be easily cured but government health policies and corruption is what is letting this pandemic to continue killing masses here in Africa.

I heard that malaria is common in Africa. Some of my friends inflicted by this malaria during their volunteered in Africa. I hope he is fine now.
