Michelle Tries New Food Featuring: Fresh Green Mussels

I'm not a fan of seafood whatsoever, but I went for it and tried fresh green mussels for the first time! These mussels were ooked with vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, hoisin sauce, lemon juice, dash of salt/pepper and green onions. My thoughts? It wasn't too bad, slimely with a weird texture but I'm not a fan of it either. Have you tried any new foods lately? Do you like mussels?

@infatuatedbby I usually sauteed it with garlic and onion, then let it boiled to get it cook but I also put some chili leaves, pepper and salt before serving it. My Aunt has a way of baking it but I'm not sure how she does it. I just like to eat it with the shrimp and egg.
Yes, I like mussels. I buy sometimes from market. I clean them add spices, salt and mix nicely, and keep it aside for sometime. Then i deep fry,and keep aside. In a pan I saute onion,tomatoes,ginger garlic paste and add spices,when the gravy is cooked well I add these mussels in it and add coriander leaves before serving.
