Just so annoying!

April 4, 2017 2:20pm CST
There's this one co worker of mine who is good at intervention specially in the business of others. I don't ask questions so much if I know the answer would be confidential. I only ask if I need to understand things. To me it is very unethical and rude to tell the CEO how he should be running the business. Its owners reserve the right to limit the information they can disseminate to their employees. I know what this person wants is improvement however kind of annoying because she is already meddling with the job she's not suppose to be doing. I already talked to her about this but she just believed in herself way too much and that she's too smart for the job that she has. Kind of this is her behavior already. This is also one of the reasons why she was not promoted with prior jobs and got terminated eventually. I don't know what to do. I cannot work with that. I cannot leave her alone too because what I do is directly linked to what she does. We work directly with the owners of the business by the way. And I know they're already annoyed too because again, she's asking for something that's confidential which every business has. In short she wants her voice to be heard with how the business should grow. And she wants it only her way. I think its not bad because she only wants for it to be better right?

If I was the owner of the business, I'll get rid of her if she is that annoying .. I'm sure the owners know where they want their business to go and how to grow their business..

I hope they've seen that. Nah! I got rid of them @epiffanie I can't work with people like that. I couldn't find my harmony already. She's acting as if she's my boss when she's not for what she calls "her initiative".

And I can't just work with that. My work life balance starts with harmony at work. And I don't have it if she's there. Because she does all the talking but with no sense.

@homebasedbobbie oh so maybe you can ask her to stop or complaint in personal (without showing your name) to the boss/administration

There are always people like her in every office but I agree, this is a hard situation to you. But try to stay away from her. I think that is the only thing you can able to do now.

@homebasedbobbie Don't worry and keep up your integrity. Just show your values and don't waste time on her. It is good that you have moved on. A very wise decision.

Well honestly, I had to quit. We both have to work closely together because we are both project managers. ha ha ha. I had to quit because I don't want my boss to keep paying me yet my productivity is not at 100%. I already have exerted my entire positivity in there. and she's just unbelievable. lol. ha ha ha. I gave everything to her instead.

It doesn't sounds good. I think she still don't know that she's an employee. Being too much smart is always not good and If it's a career then it will not work. This is kind of rude. And that's her problem. If you are honest then don't worry.Told her again about that topic. If she gets understood then ok if not let her do what she wanted to be.

She's trying to make an impression on your boss. Office politics waste a lot of time and is not conducive to business productivity.

The impression that even the bosses are also annoyed however not doing anything to stop her. A little coaching wouldn't hurt but yeah. I just have to let go. I work in peace and harmony for a 100% productivity and she's just making it so impossible lol.
