Many years ago I had a fever that continued for a long time, and deciderad to eat garlic to see if that would help. The fever went away and later - after an x-ray a doctor told that I had had pnemonia, but it had heald. So garlic became my good friend.. Right now I have an infektion in my ear, so I am using garlic, of course. I take raw garlic with yogurt or apple, it is not so strong that way..and put a little piece inside cotton and have it inside my ear.. Let's see if it helps..
This is a detailed article about garlic and its health benefits. Here are 11 ways that garlic can improve your health, supported by science.

That's interesting. An earache can be really painful. I hope the garlic does its trick again.

It is also good in frying garlic to eat and be eaten by hypertensive patients. It lowers down their blood pressure.

Garlic is a powerful antibiotic and even the ancient Romans knew, because they fed their slaves with garlic to keep them healthy.

I don't think I'd be comfortable putting a clove of garlic in my ear, but I've used garlic oil drops in my ear for an earache. Garlic is good stuff for healing, and so is onion.

I know the garlic has many healthy benefits. We use it to fry the vegetables mainly. But we don't have a habit to eat raw garlic although I know it is very good for our health. We just don't get used to it. I know in the north in my country people like eating the raw garlic and it seems that less people have cancer there.
