Just Another Rainy Day

I've gotten a late start here today as I had some housework that needed to get done before I got lost on the computer. Once I sit here time flies by and I totally lost track and then my "to do" list gets put off for another day.
It's a miserable rainy day here today and tomorrow as well from what I see on the forecast. Guess all these April showers will bring our May flowers. The grass is getting a bit greener and I'm sure we'll see some blooming flowers pretty soon.
It's gotten chilly again and I'm back to wearing my sweater. It's only 46 degrees F while yesterday we were nearing high 60 degrees F.
Any Survivor fans here? last nights episode made me so happy. All these past weeks someone I liked got voted off and last nights episode made me clap and cheer as the person who got voted off got their torch snuffed. Karma!!!
There isn't much new here which is a good thing I guess. Life goes in cycles and it's been pretty boring lately.

I lose track of time so easily when I sit at the computer so I have to either do other things first or pull myself away in order to get them done.

I was so happy to see the self-proclaimed "Queen" get booted off. I was afraid that they were going to vote off Tai instead of Sandra when they all started whispering at Tribal Council. Thank goodness the plan prevailed! Zeke should get some major credit for this blindside!1 person likes this

@Marilynda1225 from the previews they showed for the week coming up, it looks as if Ozzy might get his torch snuffed soon.
Oh yes, and I was cheering when The Queen bit the dirt too!

Oh I would love to have more rain out here. It was in the forecast for tomorrow . . . but apparently the rain icon has been taken off. But, we will have a cooling trend for at least a week. The kids get out early today and there is an open house at my daughter's middle school in the early evening. Hopefully I won't get too much at the bake sale there

@Marilynda1225 The only problem is these days our school district rule is no homemade goods anymore. All food sold must be commercially made. So now there aren't anymore "unique" items . . . all of it seems to be your typical stuff you can find at the market at any time.

@much2say I guess schools have rules about no homemade baked goods these days but I would think commercial stuff isn't healthy either

It's rainy here, too, but I rather enjoy it. The one who dosen't enjoy it so much is my dog, as she does not go for a walk when it's raining too hard.

We had the rain last night. Now the wind, very windy - they are warning about driving in the wind. No sun, chilly,.....crazy.
