A cake in a mug ...What a great idea !

Last week I bought a book with almost 100 recipes in it ... all of these were cakes that you make in a mug.
Sounds a bit crazy I know ... but I had heard of these before and was eager to try them for myself.
Anyway ...I ordered the book and today tried my first cake in a mug ....Banana Bread...
Absolutely delicious.
The book will be going to the caravan with me next week and for the summer so that I can try many more of the recipes....

I really like those little cakes! I discovered them last year and there are tons of recipes on the internet. The book will be great to take with you, we can't always have access to internet services and I like real books anyway. I always have to copy the recipe onto paper and take it into the kitchen and a book would be more convenient.
My next mug cake will be lemon, I love lemon! I need to get some lemon juice first, so thanks for reminding me with your discussion. I will put it on my shopping list now!

I think that would be a great book! I have made some of those cakes. Most of which I diet like that much. I probably messed up somehow.
