Ladies like to trend high heeled shoes. I wonder whether men wear them too. High heels may be uncomfortable to wear. As much as they give the lady a beautiful posture, they mag pause health risks.

I have worn high heels that are very comfortable and easy to walk on. I've also had a pair that were hazardous...my ankles and arches didn't like them.

@stbrians I like to wear a modest heel. Skyscraper heels...no, I'd probably cause myself injury.

I love high heels but the highest heels for me is 3 inches. More than that I'll stumble as I feel imbalance. I don't know how some managed to pull off wearing higher than that. Some can even dance while wearing them.

I had 4.5 inch heels for my daughters wedding. They were balanced just right and o so comfortable. I took them off at midnight (after dancing) because clearing the tables was giving me a sore back...I was too tall.

@Morleyhunt that's impressive. I don't think I'll managed to do something like that. I've tried wearing higher heels before so I know I couldn't.

@prinzcy those have probably been the most comfortable high heels I have ever worn.

@stbrians - Those high heels pose a real health risk to anyone on whom the high heels wearer steps. -Gus-

@stbrians - Why have those shoes if you do not want to properly use them? They are no good for walking or for running. They are good only for stabbing people you do not appreciate. -Gus-

Wearing high heels can cause the formation of a bunion on the foot. I always wore high heel, not extremely high heels, when I taught and my left food has a bunion due to those high heels.
